Some Answers to Frequently Asked Questions...

Q: How long can we stay for? A: You have unlimited play on the day you pay for admission to our play facilities.

Q: Do parents have to stay with their children? A: Parents must supervise their children at ALL times.

Q: Can parents go inside the play area? A: Yes, for the purposes of supervising your children.

Q: Do you accept credit/debit cards, and is there a minimum we have to spend? A: We accept all credit/debit cards as long as you spend over a minimum of £4.99 at our facility.

Q: Are there any first-aid trained staff members on hand if a child has an accident? A: All members of staff are fully-trained first-aiders. We also have a trained nurse on hand at most times.

Q: Do adults have to pay to come into Crazy Knights? A: We only charge for kids, Adults come in for FREE!

Q: Can we bring food & drink into the playcentre? A: Only food and drink purchased at Crazy Knights may be consumed on the premises.

Q: Does my child have to wear socks when using the playframe? A: Socks must be worn at all times, if required they can also be purchased from ourselves.

Q: Do you give a discount if we bring a large group of children to use the play facility? A: Unfortunately, we do not currently give specific discounts for large groups.

Q: Do you offer cashback on card payments? A: At present we do not offer this facilty.

Q: Do you sell baby food? A: Unfortunately we do not sell baby food, but you may bring your own and we will gladly heat it up for you.

Q: Do you have baby-changing facilities or sell nappies? A: We do not sell or supply nappies to customers, however we do have ample baby changing facilities.

Q: Can we leave our personal possesions & valuables behind the counter while we are in the softplay area? A: Crazy Knights cannot take responsibilty for any of our customers personal possesions or valuables.

Q: Do have a designated toddler's play area or are children under 2 allowed to use the main Castle Softplay Area? A: We advise that children under 2 years old stay in the specifically-provided pirate ship toddler play area, however we recommend that if smaller kids want to explore the main castle play area that an adult supervises them effectively.

Q: Do you have any age and/or height restriction for the playframes at Crazy Knights for playing children? A: The age limit for the Main Medieval Castle playframe is a maximum of 10 years of age and 4'9" (1.44 metres) in height. The Pirate Ship playframe is provided for toddlers under 2 years of age.
